What an awesome place, took my deer in and gave me the antlers right on the spot, and they done such a wonderful job cutting it up, and the price was well below what I expected.

Way cool!! $75 : tender loin and burger

Won't use them again! Our bacon had very little flavor, no name tag on any of our smoked meats leads me to wonder if the meat we had smoked was even from our pigs or just done in batches with everything else smoked that day... the vacuum bags they used both on our pork and our beef have already lost their vacuum and now meat is freezer burning after just 8 months... I had also asked for the bones and scraps to be saved for our dogs and only got back 2 lightly packed boxes for 2 steers worth of scraps...
